How do I return my order?

You have 7 days, from the date you receive your order, to return your purchase. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Before returning an item, please ensure all tags are attached and all original packaging is present and intact. For footwear, place the shoe box inside protective packaging.

In order to return your order, it is necessary to complete the return procedure by sending an email here info@yvanandreu.net. and you will be sent the procedure which you must complete, attaching photos of the item to be returned once received. Your return request will be notified to our Customer Service, who will evaluate whether to authorize it or not: authorization by Customer Service It will be confirmed by email.

Once paid, we will proceed to collect it.

Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 7-14 days.

When will I recive my order?

Once your purchase is complete, a confirmation will be sent via email. This email acts as an invoice and will include your order number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment.

In what packaging will my products be delivered?

When you shop at yvanandreu.es, you will receive the items you ordered in an elegant ANDREW brand shopping bag to give as a gift or carry with you. Your order will also include a YVAN ANDREU branded envelope with a blank card inside in case you want to send a special note to someone.
